Appointment Policies:

Lateness:

Please make every effort to be ready and available for your appointment, whether it be in person, by phone, or video chat. Late appointments, while not being penalized, will be charged for

the full appointment and the reading will be shortened to still fit into your appointed slot. 

 

Cancellation:

There is 24 hour cancellation policy to cancel your appointment. However, when life presents the occasional curveball, (illness or unavoidable emergencies) will be considered on a case by

case basis for either a refund or to be rescheduled. There is a $25 USD cancellation fee for all cancelled appointments that are not rescheduled for a booking within one calendar week. Please

email all cancellation requests to theblessedself@gmail.com or fill out the "contact me"  form and drop me a note. I appreciate your understanding with these policies as they help to make

life just a bit easier for us all.

TheBlessedSelf knows that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. Therefore, we have established a Privacy Policywhich is part of this Agreement.

OUR SERVICES
The Web Site provides  information, and access to telephone and online consultations (“Content”). Although the Content may be viewed via a standard Internet connection and the Web Site and certain e-mail/offerings are free and open to the public, certain premium services may require registration and/or payment (the “Services”). Premium Services are available to individuals over the age of 18. In addition, TheBlessedSelf does not permit use of the Services by residents of any jurisdiction that may prohibit our Services. You certify that the information given to TheBlessedSelf on registration is true and complete. TheBlessedSelf will not be responsible for any false statements made in registration.

RULES OF SERVICE
Introductory offers (when and if offered) are only valid for new customers on their first purchase. There is a limit of one introductory offer per person, credit card, phone number, address and email. Any violators of this rule will be refused service.

Note that accounts only remain active and valid for a period of one year from the date of the last purchase transaction or psychic reading.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against any person who commits fraud, or otherwise violates applicable laws, on our Web Site or using our Services. Furthermore, a psychic reader has the right to terminate a call at anytime if a customer’s comments and/or behavior is deemed by the reader to be inappropriate, abusive, or threatening.  Readers will report the termination to Customer Service and such a customer may be denied future access. Any such report made by a reader to us shall not be deemed a violation of our Privacy Policy.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We don't guarantee that our psychics' predictions will come true, but we do our best to ensure that you enjoy the reading. To ensure your satisfaction with your reading experience, we offer a guarantee on your most recent paid reading. The rules with respect to credit for readings are as follows:

  • To apply for a credit, please email TheBlessedSelf within 24 hours of the reading in question via the contact form or at TheBlessedSelf@gmail.com.

  • Credit given will be at the sole discression of The Blessed Self.

  • Credit offer is valid once per psychic and does not apply to readings with psychics for whom you have received any credit in the past.

  • Cash refunds are not to exceed the paid value of the purchased session minus $25.00 USD. 

  • Only genuine issues relating to your satisfaction with the reading in question (as determined at our discretion) will be considered for a credit request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

Discounts & Bonus Points 
Unless otherwise noted, all coupons, discounts and special offers are valid for a limited period of time, can be used only once and may not be combined.

We reserve the right to change these Rules of Service, discounts or promotions at anytime without notice.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Terms constitute the sole agreement between you and The Blessed Self and its affiliated entities relating to your use and our provision of the Web Site and the Services and the subject matter hereof. The laws of the State of California govern these Terms in all respects, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or controversy between you and The Blessed Self and its affiliated entities, or arising under or concerning performance or breach of these Terms, shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts having jurisdiction over Los Angeles County, California and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for such purpose.
